All prices, product specifications, and terms are subject to change without prior notice.

  • 2. Order Acceptance

By placing an order, the customer accepts all pricing, specifications, and terms & conditions outlined by Mazuma Trading. Orders may be submitted via email at orders@mazumatrading.com

  • 3. Order Finality & Claims
  1. All sales are final; returns are not accepted.
  2. Any claims must be submitted within 24 hours of product arrival.
  3. If damage occurs during transit, it must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. Claims without this notation will not be accepted.
  4. Mazuma shall not be held responsible for any product damages occurring while stored in warehouses or facilities outside its own premises.

Standard lead time is 7–10 business days.
