- 1. Prices & Conditions
All prices, product specifications, and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
- 2. Order Acceptance
By placing an order, the customer accepts all pricing, specifications, and terms & conditions outlined by Mazuma Trading. Orders may be submitted via email at orders@mazumatrading.com
- 3. Order Finality & Claims
- All sales are final; returns are not accepted.
- Any claims must be submitted within 24 hours of product arrival.
- If damage occurs during transit, it must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. Claims without this notation will not be accepted.
- Mazuma shall not be held responsible for any product damages occurring while stored in warehouses or facilities outside its own premises.
- 4. Lead Time
Standard lead time is 7–10 business days.
